What sort of paper do you print on?

Our paper is produced from sustainable sources with no harmful chemicals. Our white paper is a 300gsm thick, lightly textured, specialty card stock. Our kraft paper is a 225gsm thick, speciality kraft brown stock. Our gift wrap is printed on 120gsm thick, smooth uncoated paper.

We are committed to only using suppliers who are registered with the Forest Stewardship Council.

– All the pulp purchased is manufactured using either an Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF) or a Totally Chlorine Free (TCF) bleaching process.
– All of our suppliers are committed to sustainable forest management.
– All of our suppliers have attained the International Standards ISO 9000 and ISO 14001.
– All of our paper stocks are 100% recycled.

How do I place a customised invitation order?

Choose your invitation design through the online store, select your quantity, and add twine if you like, then include your customised event details in the text box, and checkout.

We will typically send you a proof within 2 business days, and once you have signed off on it, your invitations will go to print. Please allow 12 business days for printing, packaging, and shipping of your invitations.

Do you ship internationally?

We are based in Sydney, Australia but do ship to select international countries for most items. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country selection.

How quickly will my order ship?

Standard orders are typically processed, packaged, and shipped in 1-3 business days.

Please allow 12 business days for printing, packaging, and shipping of your customised invitations once your proof has been finalised.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. We offer reduced rate regular post for greeting cards, flat rates for parcels, and express shipping options.

What is your return & refund policy?

Unused and undamaged orders may be returned within 21 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will process your refund minus the shipping cost. This does not apply to customised invitations. Customised invitations are non-refundable due to change of mind.

Do you offer your products wholesale?

Yes we do! All the paper products listed in our online store are offered wholesale to approved retailers, as well as this we are the official Australian distributor for Hemptique® branded twine and cord products.
